Please register as soon as possible. The registration deadline is Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

How do I register?

Cloudera Elevate 19 Travel Headquarters will help you with all of your travel plans. The process is simple:

  1. Select “Register” on the homepage.
  2. Fill in all requested fields and select “Submit Registration.”
  3. Book your hotel accommodations through passkey at the end of your registration.
  4. Check your email for confirmation of your registration.
  5. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, please contact Cloudera Elevate 19 Travel Headquarters at (888) 296-5072, (515) 326-3377 or elevate19@itagroup.com.

Can I register using my smartphone?

Yes, but for the best user experience, please use a computer or tablet to register.

How do I book my airline arrangements?

You will be required to book your own flight through Cloudera’s corporate account on Concur. Your destination airport will be McCarran International Airport. Cloudera will cover the ticketing costs. If you have trouble booking online, you will need to follow the Concur process to find contact details.

For partners, you are responsible for your own airline arrangements. Cloudera will not pay for your travel.

How will I get to/from the airport and the hotel?

You will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the airport and the hotel. Please share taxi or Uber rides with your colleagues, if possible.

How early should I arrive at the airport for my flight?

Be sure to check in and view your flight itinerary online 24 hours prior to travel, so you are aware of any last-minute flight changes. We suggest that you arrive at least two hours before your flight departs to allow you enough time to go through security and get to your gate.

What travel documents do I need?

U.S. citizens will need valid government-issued photo identification.

A valid passport is required for all non-U.S. citizens traveling to Las Vegas. Your passport must be valid at least six months past the last day of your meeting. Please see Travel Documents.

The legal name on your identification/passport must exactly match the name on your airline ticket, including any middle name or middle initial.

May I extend my trip?

Yes. You may extend your stay at Wynn Las Vegas three days before or after the meeting at the group rate of $219 per night, plus 13.38% taxes and $25 resort fee, for a regular (non-suite) room. This equals approximately $274 per night. Rooms are based on availability. Please make extension requests during registration.

Note: All extension expenses will be your responsibility, including additional airfare, credit card processing fees, hotel accommodations and transfers.

Can Travel Headquarters help with personal travel extensions?

Yes. During registration, please select the dates you would like to pre- or post-extend your stay, or contact elevate19@itagroup.com.

Note: If you choose personalized assistance with your travel extension during registration, you will be charged a nonrefundable research fee upon request. In addition, all extension expenses will be your responsibility, including additional airfare, credit card processing fees, hotel accommodations and transfers.

What credit cards are accepted at the hotel?

American Express ®, Diners Club International ®, Discover ®, Mastercard ® and Visa ® are accepted.

I would like to pay the difference to get my choice of room at the hotel. Is this possible?

We will take your request and check with the hotel for availability and cost.

What are the check-in and checkout times at the hotel?
